COVID-19 Status Information For Buying Wine and Whisky at Auction

The major change for Wickman’s buyers is currently an interruption to delivery of your wines after an auction. Whilst our normal policy has always been to ship as soon as possible after payment is received there is currently issues with the delivery chain and all carriers are experiencing unpredictable delivery times.
Whilst we are managing different shifts and schedules for our warehouse there may also be a temporary, minor change of days when the auction opens and closes. We apologise in advance if this causes any inconvenience.
And finally there is always the disruption that is caused through staff having to isolate and we ask for your patience and understanding if this happens at a crucial time during a packing or shipping cycle.
